Another Journey

Dear Clients and Colleagues,

I trust this finds you well in every way.

This March 16, 2012 will be my last day with IISC.  In April, I begin work as the Managing Director of The Applied Research Center (ARC), headquartered in New York City.  ARC is a racial justice think tank that uses popular culture, media, research and activism to promote solutions, and is the publisher of Colorlines.com.

Without a doubt, these last 5.5 years as a Senior Associate at IISC have been the most transformative and gratifying of my professional career.  This is due to the incomparable work and people that make up the Interaction Institute for Social Change, and especially because of you: the extraordinary leaders, organizations, communities and change agents we are privileged (and I have been deeply honored) to serve.  As I transition out of IISC, I look forward to the new collaborations possible – both with my colleagues here at IISC, and also with you – ahead.

My contact information is below, so please do keep in touch. Thank you for continuing to consider me your partner and colleague in the work of social change and transformation.

All my best,

-Melinda
