Human Resources Manager
The Interaction Institute for Social Change is seeking a collaborative Human Resources Manager responsible for the administration and process improvement of internal employee services, HR policies and processes, benefits administration, and payroll systems. While participating in the day-to-day activities, this role monitors the administration of established policies and procedures and identifies opportunities for improvement and resolving discrepancies. This role will speak to a person who is energized by supporting the staff of a mission-driven organization in the advancement of racial equity and social justice, specifically with an eye toward creating and maintaining relationships, processes, and results that are consistent with the organization’s values and culture.
