Linda González is a bilingual organizational consultant with twenty years of experience facilitating and building consensus for groups of diverse participants in the public sector, non-profit, philanthropic, and educational arenas. She has designed and facilitated inclusive, multicultural planning processes and consistently receives positive responses to her customization based on the client’s goals. Her purpose is to work with multicultural wisdom and inspire people to embark on a creative journey of balance and healing for this and future generations.
Linda possesses excellent oral and written communication skills and is adept at creative, authentic partnerships with people and organizations. Linda has extensive experience collaboratively designing and facilitating conflict resolution process that address dynamics of power and take into account differences of values and work approaches. Linda’s focus for all her work is to leave clients with models and tools that can be used beyond the specific intervention.
Linda has a thriving practice as a coach and is on the roster of coaches used by LeaderSpring’s Executive Coaching Project and Windcall Residency Program.
She was born in Los Angeles and raised by immigrant parents, her father from México and her mother from Colombia. She has lived in the Bay Area for twenty-four years.
