Capacity for Social Justice

Shatil is a capacity building organization established in 1982 to promote democracy, tolerance, and social justice in Israel. Together, IISC and Shatil are strengthening the capacity of NGOs in Israel by building upon Shatil’s existing methods using IISC’s collaborative methodologies. IISC has delivered Training for Trainers to members of Shatil’s staff who are now delivering Facilitative Leadership® workshops to both Jewish and Arab NGOs and their constituents. IISC and Shatil are also engaged in ongoing learning to deepen Shatil’s capacity for greater impact and social change.
