The Communications & Marketing Manager will play a vital role in the development and implementation of strategic communication campaigns designed to increase IISC’s visibility among clients and donors. They will report directly to the president and collaborate cross-functionally with both full-time and part-time staff. The main focus of the role is to raise awareness of IISC, capture our unique contributions to the field, and position us as a leading option for consulting and training engagements and funder investment. The ideal candidate is strong in verbal, written, and visual communications with experience in digital marketing, thought leadership, and strategic communications. They should be collaborative and communicative to effectively lead and implement both big-picture and smaller-scale projects, practices, and change processes.
