Maggie Ukah

Maggie Ukah (she/her) is the People Operations Coordinator at IISC. Her primary role is to serve as the in-house human resources professional in support of the IISC staff. Maggie comes to IISC with six years of HR experience, including working in industries ranging from insurance to nonprofit where she dealt with complex HR matters from employee relations to state and federal leave administration, benefit administration, and more. Maggie is originally from the pizza capital of the world, Connecticut. She received her bachelor’s from Southern Connecticut State University and her master’s from Springfield College in 2019. Outside of her work, Maggie loves to eat, travel, and … eat, and she is an avid concert goer, having been to over 20 concerts in her lifetime.
