Testing Story

Your Story Matters

For 30 years, IISC has worked alongside organizations, networks, and communities doing the hard, necessary work of social change. That work doesn’t happen in a vacuum. It happens through relationships, through rooms where something shifted, through a workshop that changed how someone leads, a cohort that reminded them they weren’t alone, a coaching conversation that helped them find their footing again.

We’re building a living record of what that work looks like in practice, and we need your voice to do it.

If you have any questions, or would rather email your IISC reflection, email Sandra Herrera, IISC Communications & Marketing Manager at sherrera@interactioninstitute.org. Thank you in advance for sharing with us!

Take a few minutes to reflect – it’ll be quick! Feel free to incorporate reflections on the following questions:

  • What’s a moment, practice, or “aha!” that’s still sticking with you?
  • How has this experience shifted something for you, your team, your organization, or network?
  • If you were telling a friend or colleague about IISC, what would you say?
  • Anything else you’d like to share!

As a thank-you for sharing:

  • Everyone gets a gift – you’ll receive a free downloadable PDF of reflection prompts to use in journaling, team check-ins, or as a mindful moment before meetings.
  • With your permission, we’ll spotlight you – we’d love to feature you or your organization in our newsletter, social media, and/or website with your reflection.
