Content Management

IISC’s experienced content managers specialize in accurately capturing the content of your meetings.  We organize and convey the content of your conference, meeting or ongoing group process so that you have comprehensive and easy to use documentation of your work.

Content may be captured on a laptop with or without projection, on charts, or using some combination of these methods. Visually displaying the content as it is being captured helps to facilitate shared ownership of the ideas and focus the conversation around ideas rather than individuals. It frees participants up from note taking and allows everyone to participate fully and more easily follow the flow of the conversation.

The content manager produces group memories – documents that capture the flow and content of sessions in detail, as well as summaries of themes, agreements, outstanding questions, and next steps.  The content manager can also create a summary document – and/or work with others to synthesize the group memories into a summary document.
