Zach Chen

Zach serves as the SVP Head of Finance at Gather Health, and has spent his career in healthcare finance and value-based care. Before joining Gather Health, he was the Vice President of Strategic Finance at Atrius Health, a leading multi-specialty, risk-bearing provider group in the Greater Boston area. In that role, Zach played a central part in shaping Atrius Health’s financial strategy. Prior to his tenure at Atrius Health, Zach launched his career in investment banking at Morgan Stanley, where he provided financial counsel to healthcare clients on a range of issues, including mergers and acquisitions, raising capital, and forming strategic partnerships.

Zach holds a BS from The Wharton School and a BA from the University of Pennsylvania College of Arts and Sciences, where he was part of the renowned Vagelos Program in Life Sciences and Management.

Originally from Nashville, TN, Zach has gradually moved up the East Coast and now calls Boston home.
